Electronics Engineering Technician

- $24 to $31 per hour, based on skills, experience and location
What you will do
- Advise on process automation and suggest sensors and vision systems
- Run validation tests on customer equipment
- Write software to control robots for material handling and dispensing
- Test and debug robotic systems
- Support startup and commissioning at customer sites
- Diagnose systems, troubleshoot alarms and write reports
- Follow safety policies
What you will need
- A post-secondary technical diploma or engineering degree in controls
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Installation and commissioning experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Controls and PLC programming knowledge preferred
- Willingness to learn new machine mechanisms and controls
